Those that work with her continually recognize her as one of the hardest working professionals in Las Cruces.

In 2003 Elsie received the once in a lifetime Affiliates Choice Award by the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS. This award recognizes her for being helpful and going out of her way to make each real estate transaction a success.

In 2004 Elsie received another once in a lifetime award from the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS, the REALTOR of the Year Award. Past recipients of this award, who are responsible for choosing the recipient, voted for Elsie's outstanding hard work and devotion to the industry.

Respected

Elsie attributes the respect she receives to the character she built in her childhood.

Elsie was raised on her parents' cattle ranch in California. As the oldest of three children she quickly learned responsibility from her various chores. Her fist careet was as a Registered Nurse, thus showing her care for others.

Else has used these character traits throughout her life, starting when she was young and now in helping people attain their dream homes. She also makes every attempt to pass along her beliefs and passion for hard work to her children and grandchildren.
